Temperature Inducing Testing Systems

The MPI ThermalAir Thermal Simulation Testing Solutions

Whether you’re testing semiconductor devices, automotive sensors, fiber optic components, microwave hybrids, MCMs, PCBs or any type of electronic and non-electronic parts, we can connect to your test setup to bring temperature cycling capabilities directly to your bench top or test station.

In this video MPI ThermalAir Stream TA-5000A will show the basic semiconductor device temperature test application. We also demonstrate the TA-5000A glass cap use and explains air and dut temperature control. The thermal air stream temperature forcing system has two ways to control temperature. AIR MODE (sensor tip output nozzle) & DUT MODE (external TC sensor). We also show PCB thermal test setup using DUT MODE K-TYPE thermo couple external temperature sensor.
